Return & Refund Policy

No returns, refunds or exchanges are permissible unless item ordered is out of stock. 

In the case of defects, notice must be given within seven (7) days of the order being received and a replacement/refund will be processed once the defective item is returned. Shipping fee will be borne by Alterni. 

Returned item must be in its original condition (not used). Replacements or refunds will not be processed should the item be found in a used condition. We will not be responsible for items lost during transit. 

The Returns Department will reach out to the customer once a returned item has been received. This process takes approximately five (5) working days. Once inspection of the returned item is complete, the customer will receive a replacement/refund within fourteen (14) working days.
