In line with our rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking suitable, high caliber candidates for the following positions:- Product Advisors / Promoters (Part Time / Full Time) Responsibilities - To provide excellent customer service.
- To carry sales and promotional activities.
- Promote company products in pharmacies.
- To handle sales and to create more product awareness for walk-in customers.
Pre-requisites Requirement - Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to communicate in local Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Willingness to be stationed at our boutique store in Amcorp Trade Centre
- Working experiences is not essential as training will be provided
Customer Care Consultants (Telemarketing) Responsibilities - Proactively undertake in-bound and out-bound telephone calls, up-selling across the entire product portfolio. Communicates via telephone.
- Promote and sell Products & Services to provide customer growth.
- Work towards achieving sales target and KPI
- To manage, collate and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis.
- To participate in any sales activities as and when required by the management
Pre-requisites Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
